The content of the mailboxes you manage via MailRich is not processed under this policy. It falls under the data processing agreement, in which you are the data controller and we are the data processor.

Your data is accessible to authorized staff of NAM Consult and to its technical processors (hosting provider, billing tools, email sending service). Each processor is bound by a GDPR-compliant contract. We do not sell your data.
We favor hosting and providers located in the European Union. Any transfer outside the EU is governed by a valid mechanism (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses). The list of processors and their location is kept up to date and provided on request.
Prospecting data is kept for a maximum of three years after the last contact. Contractual and billing data is kept for the applicable legal period. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.
The site only uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation. No audience measurement tool or third-party tracker is deployed to date. Should such a tool be put in place, it would only be with your prior consent and this policy would be updated accordingly.
